AI voice agent development for customer service and sales calls
A voice AI agent talks to your customers on the phone: it answers inbound calls, handles routine questions and calls your list itself, capturing requests. Operators are left with what genuinely needs a human.
We have built two of these — for a financial services company and for a logistics operator. Both come with a dashboard showing call volume, request topics and campaign results.
What the agent does
Answers inbound calls
Handles routine questions according to company policy, around the clock and with no queue.
Transfers to an operator
A complex case goes to a person together with the context of the conversation.
Calls customers
Outbound calls through your list — clarifying details, confirmations, capturing requests.
Captures requests
The outcome of a call becomes a structured record and goes straight into processing.
Shows the whole picture
A dashboard for calls, request topics, load and campaign results.
How it differs from a normal phone robot
A normal phone robot is "press 1 for your balance" and recorded phrases on a rigid script. One step off the path and it is lost, the customer is annoyed and waiting for an operator.
An AI agent understands natural speech: the customer talks the way they normally do, interrupts, asks a question in their own words. The agent answers according to your company's policies and works out for itself when it is time to hand the call to a person.
What it means in money
A typical call centre of three operators at a salary of $570 each is around $1,700 a month, every month, plus holidays, sick leave and the cost of finding replacements when someone leaves.
An AI agent is a one-off build from $1,400, then running costs: at a load of roughly 100 calls a day, about $450–570 a month. The build pays for itself in the first months, and after that the agent costs three times less than a team of operators. Even if it only takes the routine calls and leaves the complex ones to people, over a year the saving runs into thousands of dollars. And it does not take holidays, and it answers at three in the morning exactly as it does at noon.
Who it suits
- call centres where operators spend their time on the same questions;
- companies with a flood of inbound calls at peak hours and queues on the line;
- sales and logistics teams that need regular outbound calling;
- services promising round-the-clock support without a night shift of operators.
How we roll it out
- we work through your call scenarios and policies — what the agent takes on and what stays with people;
- price and timeline are fixed in the spec before we start, with an NDA if you need one;
- we work in stages: each one ends with a demo of the live agent;
- after handover, 90 days of free fixes, then support on a retainer.

Frequently asked
Will the customer realise they are talking to a robot?
We do not pass the agent off as a human — that is a matter of trust in your brand. The agent speaks naturally but introduces itself as an automated assistant and transfers the call to an operator at any point.
What happens with an unusual question?
The agent answers according to company policy. If the question falls outside it, the call is transferred to an operator together with the context, so the customer does not have to repeat everything.
Does it integrate with our telephony and CRM?
We connect to your existing telephony and pass call results into your systems. Non-standard setups are assessed during discovery: 3–5 days and a written risk report.
How much does it cost?
A voice AI agent starts at $1,400 and takes 3–4 weeks. The final price depends on the number of scenarios and integrations; it is fixed in the spec before we start and does not grow during the work.
Is your call centre drowning in routine calls?
Write to us — the founder answers, not a manager. The consultation is free, two sentences about the task are enough.
