Product support and maintenance
We look after the product after launch: monitoring, fixes, adjustments and new features as your needs change. A retainer with terms you know before you sign.
For the first 90 days after handover of any of our projects, technical faults caused by us are fixed free of charge — that is a clause in the contract. After that, the product can move onto a retainer.
What is included
24/7 monitoring
The product is watched, and we find out about failures before your users do.
Fixes
Technical faults and small changes within agreed response times.
New features
Built as your needs grow, by a team that already knows the product.
Backups
A backup before any work — the studio's first principle.
How the retainer works
- fixed terms and a fixed monthly cost, known before you sign;
- response times and scope of work written specifically for your product;
- the status is always honest: you see what is done and what is queued.
Products built by other teams
We also take on products we did not build ourselves. We start with a 3–5 day audit: a written report on the state of the code and the risks, followed by retainer terms. The cost of the audit is credited against the work that follows.
Frequently asked
How much does support cost?
A retainer starts at $170 a month per system. The exact cost depends on the scope of work and the response times — the terms are put in writing before you sign.
Will you take on a product another team built?
Yes, through an audit: 3–5 days, a written report on the state and the risks, then retainer terms. The cost of the audit is credited against the work.
How fast do you respond to failures?
Response times are fixed in the retainer for your specific product. Monitoring runs around the clock — we find out about failures before your users do.
The product needs active development, not just fixes. Can you handle that?
The retainer scales: from standby monitoring to regular releases of new features. We revisit the scope as your needs grow.
Does your product need looking after?
Write to us — the founder answers, not a manager. The consultation is free, two sentences about the task are enough.
